Before you write

Made to your deadline

Hand relief and V-carving take longer than laser engraving. Share the event date and postcode. We’ll confirm a realistic carving and delivery schedule before you commit.

Traditional or modern

Choose raised relief carving or traditional V-carving. Both work with heritage or contemporary styles. We never use laser engraving. If you have a reference, describe it in your message.

Tracked delivery

Your finished slate is carefully protected for transit and sent using tracked delivery.

Design approval & Square payment

We agree the final layout and price before carving begins. The realistic timescale is confirmed at the same time. Consumer commissions are invoiced 50% before work starts and 50% on completion. Business and corporate orders are invoiced 100% upfront.
