Approve the design
We agree the layout and carving method in writing. The price and realistic timescale are confirmed too.
Secure payment
Consumers pay 50% before work begins and 50% on completion. Business and corporate orders are invoiced 100% upfront through Square.
Carving & delivery
Your piece is carved by hand. It is then packed carefully and sent using tracked delivery.

How large can the carved design be?+
The maximum working area on a round coaster is approximately 70 mm in diameter.
Can every coaster carry the same design?+
Yes. Sets can repeat one design or combine approved variations. Every version must remain suitable for hand carving.
